Key Responsibilities:

·         Data Management: Maintain accurate, real-time client data across portfolio systems and CRM platforms.

·         Trading & Rebalancing Support: Assist with trade execution and reconciliation in Tamarac. Support model implementation and portfolio rebalancing.

·         Client Reporting: Generate, audit, and deliver performance reports, billing statements, and other client-facing materials using Tamarac Reporting and Excel.

·         Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to streamline workflows and boost operational agility.

·         Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities align with regulatory standards and internal compliance protocols.

·         Account Administration: Open and maintain client accounts (primarily via Fidelity), and manage transfers, distributions, and money movement as needed.

Job requirements

Experience: 3+ years in a similar operations role within a registered investment advisor (RIA) or wealth management firm.

Technical Proficiency:

·         Proficient in Tamarac Reporting/Trading and Fidelity Wealthscape (required).

·         Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.

·         Familiarity with CRMs and document management systems is a plus.

Core Skills:

·         Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.

·         Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.

·         Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Extras:

·         Experience with other custodians (e.g., Schwab).

·         Knowledge of performance reporting, fee billing, or compliance workflows.

·         Exposure to financial planning or risk analysis tools.
