Senior International Tax Associate (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Mowery & Schoenfeld is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated bilingual tax professional with an interest in international taxation, ongoing learning, and exemplary client service.

The Tax Senior Associate will be responsible for autonomously handling tax compliance work preparing individual, entity, and trust returns. A successful candidate will be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple engagements as well as communicate effectively with clients, company management, and regulatory bodies. 

We are seeking an individual who is curious, self-motivated, and a team player with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline

• 2+ years of tax experience in public accounting

• CPA or CPA eligible

• Bilingual in English - Spanish/Portuguese

• Excellent written communication skills in Spanish and English

• Strong preference to those who have cultural connection in Latin America or other country

• Project and time management skill

• Ideally located in South Florida (specifically Miami-metro area) with ability to work remotely and independently
