M&S Wealth Management is seeking a driven and flexible administrative professional who is looking to use their excellent service and support skills in a fast-growing team. This role reports directly to the Managing Director as well as assisting other team members in helping to provide high quality service to clients.


The ideal candidate will be on-site 5 days a week and focus on client needs and support, have excellent follow-up and attention to detail, have outstanding customer service, and have experience working with high-net-worth clients. If you have experience in financial services in an administrative capacity as well as the desire to work in a role where you can be challenged as well as gain new experience and a more vibrant skills set, this could be a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior client service to assigned families – analyze accounts, troubleshoot problems, schedule and organize meetings; serve as liaison between advisor and client as needed.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships focused on enhancing the client experience.
  • Schedule and prepare reports for quarterly reviews, ensuring accuracy of data and timeliness of delivery to client.
  • Monitor Tamarac reporting system to confirm accuracy and holistically report on asset allocation and performance. Manage client execution items in task management system with appropriate documentation and organization.
  • Prepare meeting agenda (with advisor input) and supporting materials.
  • Assist other team members and advisors regarding scheduling to arrange and confirm client meetings and other client support tasks when necessary.
  • Provide financial planning support to advisors, maintaining financial planning profiles and updating plan information in planning software.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 + years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial service or other related industry
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Extremely motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working with custodial platforms highly preferred
